I am certified in The Graston Technique, which is a patented form of soft tissue mobilization using stainless steel instruments. It is a unique treatment that enables the treatment of scar tissue & fascial restrictions. It decreases pain, improves range of motion, and restores function. I am also certified in Kinesio taping, Rock taping, and cupping. Additionally, she is a Rock Steady Boxing instructor, which is a program that helps patients with Parkinson’s disease, and a Certified Functional Capacity Evaluator. I also perform Aquatic Physical Therapy and received a certification as a Lymphedema Specialist from The Norton School. She has taught Post- Mastectomy classes at Sloan Kettering and was a clinical instructor for Stony Brook University.
